I led Jeep’s organic social, from writing copy and curating concepts to managing community engagement. Each post reflected Jeep’s adventurous spirit, using bold visuals, confident captions, and real stories from the community. I encouraged user content and helped turn owners into brand ambassadors. By sharing their experiences and keeping the conversation two-way, I built a feed that felt both authentic and aspirational. The creative focused on rugged landscapes, open roads, and off-grid moments to capture the freedom that defines Jeep.
Delivered 6.8M organic impressions and a 72% lift in engagement YoY. UGC posts averaged 11.2% engagement, and adventure-led content achieved a 4.1% CTR. Community submissions rose by 39%, boosting interaction and brand loyalty.
