From Scroll to Showroom:Local Conversion at Scale

Challenge

Bathroom Brands needed a paid social strategy that drove real, conversion-led action across four distinct sub-brands: Burlington, Britton, Crosswater, and Clearwater. The goal wasn’t just awareness or engagement. It was to get users to search for their nearest showroom using the “Find a Retailer” postcode tool on each brand’s website.

Strategy

I built custom paid social strategies for each brand, tailored to their design style and audience: Burlington: premium heritage design for traditional, high-end buyers Britton: modern, accessible style for first-time homeowners Crosswater: sleek, innovative products with architectural appeal Clearwater: sculptural freestanding pieces for aspirational interiors Creative was platform-native, visually striking, and designed to stop the scroll. CTAs like “Find Your Nearest Showroom” drove clear next steps. Campaigns used postcode lookups and custom “Get Directions” events to track performance tied directly to showroom interest. Each strategy delivered clear brand differentiation and real customer action.

Results

The campaigns drove over 12,000 custom “Get Directions” conversions, with a 28% lower cost per conversion compared to previous activity. Engagement also increased by 45%, with stronger click-through rates and longer dwell times across all campaign formats. The performance validated the effectiveness of brand-specific creative and audience-first strategy in driving real-world intent.
